William J. Collins, age 63, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
Born in Wilmington, DE on December 28, 1962, he was a son of the late Preston and Fanny Mae (Warrington) Collins. William worked as a clerk at a law office.
A man of faith, William was a member of Victory Christian Fellowship. He enjoyed cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles every football Sunday. William will always be remembered as a beloved member of his community.
He is survived by his daughter, Ann Taylor; granddaughter, Star Williams; and grandson, David Elvin.
A memorial service for family and friends will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Victory Christian Fellowship Church, 100 Wilton Blvd, New Castle, DE. Inurnment will be held privately.
